Keywords

You can search the Megalithia database using keywords - for instance to find the items with "Druid" in the name enter Druid in the site name field. This will find Druid's Altar and Druid's Stones. Similarly to find all the stones in the SY National Grid square, enter SY in the NGR field. Check the exact match box if you want to find the exact name entered - most often you don't want an exact match.

Leave fields blank if the value of that field is "don't care". If you fill in two fields both items must be correct for a site to return a result

Combining keywords

You can separate two values by | to find items in either the first value OR the second. Thus to find stones in Devon, Dorset  and Cornwall enter Devon|Dorset|Cornwall into the county field

Lat,Long values

If you want find items in the 51 deg latitude enter ^51 (prefixed by a ^) to make sure the latitude values begin with 51 - otherwise you will also catch 56.51 and any other occurrence of the sequence 51.
